UHNM Strategy

Our UHNM Strategy considers the strategic direction and future of our workforce and the services we provide for our patients.

The previous Trust- wide ‘2025 Vision’ was developed to set a clear direction for us to become a world class centre of clinical and academic achievement and care. Whilst this remains our ambition, the NHS landscape has changed, with a much greater emphasis on partnership and collaboration but also by the way in which the Covid-19 pandemic shifted our focus and required us to work differently.

We have heard from staff and listened to our partners and stakeholders and our current draft UHNM Strategy has been shaped by the feedback we have received.

We are now asking for further comment on the draft strategy before it is signed off by Trust Board.
