​Dr Buddhika Badugama is a General Haematologist with a special interest in haemostasis and thrombosis. She is a member of the Staffordshire Thrombosis and Anticoagulation Centre (STAC) medical team in UHNM and Clinical Lead to the County Hospital Thrombosis Service. She conducts a Joint Clinic on perioperative management of bleeding and optimising anticoagulation with pre Admission Management Service (AMS) and a Joint Paediatric Haematology Clinic. She has specialist interests in General Haematology, Thrombosis, Obstetric Haematology, Paediatric Haematology and Diagnostic Haemato – oncology service provision.​
