UHNM Strategy Engagement Event

We are currently taking some time to refresh our Trust-wide strategy to support our ambition of being relevant for today and ready for tomorrow. Our strategy is our medium to long-term plan that describes what we will do in the coming years. This includes how we can improve things for our workforce, our services and the support we give to patients and families. It’s important to understand what our communities and key stakeholders think is going well, what could be better and how we can develop our organisation for the future.

Last year, we spent time talking to our staff about what was important to them and now we want to hear the views from our key partners and stakeholders and we would like to invite you to join the conversation on Monday 10 February at the Wade Centre, Stoke-on-Trent at 1pm.
