Andy is a Diagnostic Radiographer with 15 years clinical experience, most recently working as a Radiology Advanced Practitioner at UHNM since 2016. Currently working in the Midlands Nursing Directorate at NHS England as a Clinical Workforce Development Manager, his 1 day per week at UHNM will see Andy develop an AHP International Recruitment strategy and help provide support for overseas recruits and hiring managers. Andy has a keen interest in workforce development and championing of AHPs and their impact on NHS services and patient experience.
