Carol Lloyd-Bennett

Senior Nurse for Workforce and Education

Carol is a registered nurse with a background in education and training throughout her cardiothoracic and surgical career history. She has held several senior roles in the Trust but now has the privilege of leading the teams who support and develop nurses, midwives, nursing assistants, midwifery assistants, and nursing associates. Her focus is providing funding for the training and development of staff here at UHNM to allow them to achieve their full potential. Carol is also heavily involved with recruitment and retention programmes to support our staff to keep our patients safe.
