Band 5-6 Development Programme Lead

Corrin joined the team in July 2023 from Respiratory Medicine to cover Maternity leave and support the implementation of the Chief Nurse Programme. She is currently planning a new development programme for nursing colleagues from Band 5-6.

Corrin’s background is 17 years intensive care medicine as both nurse and manager. COVID 2019 saw the start of her respiratory medicine career as a Matron, in times that saw unprecedented growth and speed of initiative and innovation.

Recognising strengths and mentoring individual leadership has always been a passion for Corrin and the progression and support of those staff with an appetite for development is her keen interest.
