Ivy O’Santos

CeNREE Personal Assistant

Ivy O'Santos is the personal assistant to the Assistant Director of NMAHP Research and Academic Development and CeNREE Lead. She joined UHNM in 2023 offering over 15 years of experience in supporting executives and leaders in fast-paced healthcare, training, and research-oriented organisations in the Middle East. This experience honed her expertise in general administration, data management, scheduling, project and event coordination, and optimisation of administrative processes. 

Originally from the Philippines, Ivy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in International Business and Economics. She then pursued a career in healthcare administration, mastering a broad range of secretarial and administrative duties. Her adaptability and proficiency in utilising software and communication tools enabled her to not only support multiple leaders, but also provide guidance to the junior secretaries of her teams. She also played a vital role in the successful establishment and organisational transitions across the Saudi healthcare sector.

Ivy is known for her proactive, compassionate, and systematic approach, along with her strong dedication to fostering positive working relationships across all the levels of her organisations. She goes above and beyond to meet deadlines and support everyone’s success, all while committing herself to the excellent services she provides in fulfilment of the goals and visions of CeNREE.
