The Health Library Service offers you a Literature Search Service. Staff are available at both sites to help you to find the information you need by completing a literature search on your behalf. So, if you are struggling to find the information you want or don’t have time to run your own literature search you can ask a librarian to do it for you. Our staff have knowledge and expertise in searching healthcare-specific resources.

If we do not have the article you need within our collections, then we can try to get you a copy from another library. There is a small charge for this service.

You can sign up for KnowledgeShare Evidence Updates and our current awareness bulletins to keep up-to-date with the latest evidence impacting your specialty or service.

Sign-up to receive bulletins in your inbox or contact a member of staff to be added to the distribution list.

The NHS Outreach Service is for NHS staff working in the community in Staffordshire. We make it easier for staff to access books, journals and electronic resources, without the need to visit the library. Please see the NHS Outreach page on the Health Library (CEC, Royal Stoke) website for more details about this service.
