Department: Microbiology, Virology and Molecular Microbiology Requirement: Faeces sample Bristol type 5 and above and should take the shape of the container, otherwise samples will get rejected. A minimum of 1ml should be collected. Where less than 1ml is received, the laboratory will prioritise based on the clinical information provided.
