Myelin Associated Glycoprotein (MAG) autoantibodies are frequently associated with peripheral neuropathy. These autoantibodies frequently occur with IgM paraproteinaemia. Testing for the presence of these autoantibodies is useful for diagnosis as well as monitoring of therapy.
