Welcome to the Pharmacy Homecare Page. Information found here has been designed to give you a useful summary of our homecare services at UHNM.

Our Pharmacy Homecare Team is based at the Royal Stoke Hospital in the Pharmacy department. We help deliver clinical homecare services in partnership with your clinical team. We are proud of our homecare services, which has seen it grow from a few hundred patients to over 3000 patients in 2024.
