Shortlisting

Once you have applied, your application will be reviewed against the Job Description and Person Specification to ensure that your skills, knowledge, and experience match those that we are looking for.

All shortlisting will be completely anonymous to ensure the process is fair and equitable. There will be two shortlisters unless there are exceptional circumstances. You will be scored against these criteria and your scores will be measured against all other candidates who meet the essential criteria. 

If your application form is successful, you will be invited to interview. 

If you are not shortlisted, you will be sent an email confirming this outcome. Regrettably feedback will not be provided. 

The Recruitment department always communicate through the Trac system, so you might receive emails into your junk inbox once you have applied for a role. We recommend you keep your eyes peeled for any communications.
